My name is Michelle Carter, I am a dedicated and passionate professional in the field of Life Coaching & Holistic Wellness. My mission is to support individuals on their journey toward building self-connection and fostering a positive relationship with themselves. I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and purposeful life and that each person has the potential to unlock their full capabilities.

I hold a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. My holistic approach to health and well-being ensures that I provide a safe and supportive space that nurtures the whole person - mind, body and spirit. A space where health and wellness encompasses all aspects of a person's life.

I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live the life they desire and each individual has the right to be the best version of themselves.

Life Coach: I am a qualified Coach with The Irish Coach Institute. My holistic approach to coaching supports my clients in achieving their personal and professional goals by considering all aspects of their lives, both inner and outer worlds. My coaching sessions support clients to identify their goals, overcome obstacles and create actionable plans to move towards their desired life. My whole-person approach encourages my clients to explore their inner selves, identify limiting self beliefs and uncover their true desires and passions. This process often leads to greater self-awareness and personal growth, developing positive habits and practices that lend towards ongoing health and happiness.

Yoga Teacher: I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Therapy Ireland. My classes focus on self-connection through mindful movement and breathwork. Inviting the power of yoga to create inner peace and strength of body and mind through asana and pranayama and relaxation.

Holistic Therapist: I completed a diploma in Holistic Health Studies, FETAC and ITEC accredited with qualifications in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. I use a variety of techniques to promote healing and balance.

Social Care Worker: I studied a degree in Social Studies with IT Carlow and went onto gain invaluable experience supporting individuals marginalised within society with complex and additional needs.
